What is CERAKOTE®?
Cerakote is a premium, thin-film ceramic-based coating that enhances the durability, corrosion resistance, chemical resistance and appearance of most substraits. It is widely used for firearms, automotive parts, and high-performance equipment due to its extreme wear resistance, lightweight nature, and wide range of color options.

Blasting
At Apex, blasting is crucial. Blasting can be used to remove material such as coatings and rust, but also to create the perfect etch profile to ensure our coatings have the correct mechanical adhesion to the substrate!
Dry blasting is using compressed air to accelerate dry media such as sand, grit, glass and more to remove contaminants, rust, paint, or grease from surfaces.
